Chris Ware created the stamp artwork and co-designed the pane with art director Antonio Alcalá.
The 250 Years of Delivering stamps are being issued in panes of 20 Forever® stamps. These Forever stamps will always be equal in
value to the current First-Class Mail® one-ounce rate.
