Glynis Seeley asserted, “You don’t truly understand the meaning of the [American] flag until someone hands you a folded one.” Referring to the flag-folding ceremony at a military funeral, where the branch of service performs the folding, honoring the fallen. After 13 precise folds, the flag symbolizes principles and sacrifices.
